WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our home base is El Paso, TX but we travel anywhere our couples need us to! As close as Las Cruces to as far as Virginia, we will go wherever you go.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide full event planning/coordination and styling services for elopements and intimate weddings and events with a max guest count of 50. Our floral and event design does not have a guest count restriction and can accommodate an event of any size. At the moment, we are booked until 2025.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
Because of high-demand, we limit the number of weddings and events we take on. We recommend booking us 9 to 12 months before your event for floral décor (centerpieces, personal floral and ceremony). For full event planning or Month-of-Coordination needs, we recommend reaching out to us at least 6 months in advance for elopements and intimate weddings or events to ensure that your date is available. If your event date is in October, please contact us ASAP. October in Far West Texas and New Mexico books up quickly due to the perfect mild weather. Currently, we are not booking any new clients until 2025.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS/EVENTS DO YOU BOOK PER DAY?
We ordinarily book only one event per day, two max. We like to dedicate all of our efforts to our clients and make sure we devote 100% of our time and attention to their every need and detail. We are currently not taking on any new projects or clients for the 2023-2024 calendar years.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF FLOWERS?
We recommend reserving 10% to 15% of your total overall budget. If you are obsessed with floral as much as we are, 20% may be more appropriate.
